Our Process

Step 1:
Please complete the request application form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

In addition to aligning with the M.C. Dean Foundation principles, organizations must also be tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or be a municipality.

Step 2:

Submit the completed request application by one of three methods:

Step 3:
Request applications are reviewed every four weeks and decisions will be issued within 10 business days of the close of submission dates.
